An electronically controlled cabinet provides enclosed humidity-controlled storage for jewelry and other humidity-sensitive belongings. The HC50 has 50 liters of storage space, a height-adjustable shelf and a hinged tempered-glass door with a keyed handle. Its powder-coated steel body and aluminum door frame surround the storage area. A digital panel displays relative humidity and temperature and lets you choose a humidity setting; the system then controls humidity automatically. The manufacturer lists ±5% RH control accuracy.
Hold LOCK for 2 seconds to unlock the keypad, press SET, adjust with the up/down buttons and press SET again to save. The keypad locks after 10 seconds without use. The interior light illuminates when the door opens, and display/button lighting switches off after 30 seconds. The factory setting is 25% RH; select storage conditions appropriate to the complete object rather than treating that preset as a recommendation for every jewelry material.
Run the cabinet for 4 hours before loading it. Dry wet items before storage, keep objects about 5 cm (about 2 inches) from the humidity-control component and keep vents clear. Position the two shelf supports at equal height and check that the shelf is secured. The maker states that the equipment cannot be used when external relative humidity is below 25%.
The supplied set contains one cabinet, one detachable power-cord set, two spare keys, one movable shelf, two shelf brackets, two shelf mats and an instruction manual. Power supply is AC 110–240 V, 50/60 Hz. Switch off and unplug before cleaning, maintenance or moving; do not wash the cabinet with water. Keep it away from direct sun, strong air-conditioning drafts and excessive dust. Do not store corrosive, flammable or explosive materials, cover the rear vents, place objects on top or stand on the cabinet. Follow the supplied instructions for safe placement and use.

Using this item
Place dry objects on the shelf, close the keyed door, unlock the keypad and select a humidity value; powered electronics regulate cabinet humidity automatically while the panel shows RH and temperature.

Check the 520 × 400 × 335 mm cabinet footprint and AC 110–240 V, 50/60 Hz supply. The factory preset of 25% RH is not a recommendation for every jewelry material. Follow the supplied manual for placement, ventilation, loading and cleaning. The cabinet is not for corrosive, flammable or explosive materials.
