These terms govern purchases and use of shineatlas.com, operated as Shineatlas by JUNIPERLANE 22 TRADING LLC. Read them with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Using the store
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or permission from a responsible parent or guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, keep account access secure and use the site lawfully. You must not misuse another person’s information, interfere with the site, upload harmful code or attempt unauthorized access.
Products and orders
Review the description, dimensions, included components, power or service requirements and compatibility notes before ordering. Images may show the product from different angles or include presentation examples; the contents list identifies what is supplied. We do not guarantee universal jewelry, watch, drawer or door fit. Electronic and protective products should be used according to their supplied instructions.
Order submission does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may contact you about an error, unavailable item or necessary verification, and we may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfill, we will arrange a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and selected delivery charges are shown at checkout before purchase. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors and will contact you if an error affects your order; you may cancel rather than accept a material change. Delivery, cancellation and remedies
The stated processing and transit estimates, delay notification process and cancellation arrangements are in our Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy explains the 30-day request window, eligible prepaid return label, no restocking fee and refund timing. Nothing in these terms restricts remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Third-party products and services
Third-party names and marks identify their respective products. Shineatlas does not claim to be a manufacturer or authorized brand representative unless expressly supported on the product page. External tools, websites or service plans have their own terms. For example, Simtek cellular service for the alert sensor is arranged separately with its provider.
Content and responsibility
Store text, original branding and layout are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; third-party product rights remain with their owners. You may use information for ordinary personal shopping purposes. We seek to keep information accurate, but technical interruptions or errors can occur. Any exclusions or limits apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
Law, disputes and updates
Applicable U.S. federal law and applicable state law govern as relevant to the transaction, including mandatory protections where you live. We do not require you to waive non-waivable rights or agree to mandatory arbitration through these terms. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
