Scope and responsibility
JUNIPERLANE 22 TRADING LLC operates Shineatlas at shineatlas.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse, buy, contact us or exercise privacy choices. Shopify hosts our storefront and provides commerce tools. Reading this policy or continuing to browse is not consent to non-essential cookies or targeted advertising.
Information and sources
We receive contact and delivery details, order contents, transaction history, customer-service messages and return information from you. Our checkout and payment providers process payment information needed to complete a transaction. We do not ask you to send full card details by email. The store and its service providers can receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, product interactions and checkout activity. These sources include your direct submissions, your browser’s interaction with the store, Shopify and service providers involved in the transaction.
Purposes and disclosures
We use information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, communicate about purchases, handle returns, protect accounts and payments, troubleshoot the website, retain necessary records and comply with law. Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers and technical or support providers receive information needed for their roles. We may disclose information for a lawful request, to protect legal rights or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not promise that every service provider has identical practices.
Cookies and processing choices
Necessary cookies support functions such as cart contents, checkout, security and recording privacy choices. Preference cookies remember optional choices; analytics cookies measure use; marketing cookies can support advertising or attribution. Optional processing depends on the services active for your visit and applicable choices. Use the Cookie settings control in the footer to accept optional processing, reject it or save category choices. The control sends choices to Shopify’s Customer Privacy API. You can reopen it later, and you can also manage browser cookies. A policy alone does not switch tracking on or off.
Advertising, Google and external services
Advertising and analytics providers may process cookie or device identifiers, browsing interactions and purchase events to measure performance or deliver interest-based advertising where those services are used. Optional processing is subject to applicable choice and consent. You can reopen Cookie settings to change your choices. For Google-related choices, see Google Ads Settings and Google’s partner-sites information. These external controls do not replace our store controls or guarantee that all processing stops.
Our embedded Google Maps can load automatically when the map on our home or contact page comes into view. This connects to Google and can send your IP address and browser or device information; Google’s own privacy terms apply to that service. You can also use the external Google Maps link. An external map link also connects you to Google when opened. This map connection is separate from advertising consent.
Shopify and its services
Shopify processes personal information to provide and improve commerce services under its terms and privacy policies. Depending on the features enabled for a store and your applicable choices, Shopify can also use interactions with its services to provide enhanced services. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use the Shopify Privacy Portal for requests about Shopify’s own processing. These links do not replace a request to Shineatlas about our records.
U.S. state privacy rights and GPC
Depending on your residence and whether a law applies to the processing, including California’s CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state privacy laws, you may have rights to know or access information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some uses may be considered sale or sharing under a state law even when money is not exchanged. You can use Your privacy choices in the footer, the data-sharing opt-out page or contact us to submit a request.
A recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is an opt-out preference for the browser or device sending it where applicable. Shopify’s privacy controls can process that signal for its managed surfaces. Our choice interface identifies a detected signal and keeps sale/sharing and marketing choices off when you save choices while it is present. We do not claim that a browser signal erases past information or independently controls every external website. Other browser Do Not Track settings may not have the same standardized effect.
Requests, verification and appeals
Email support@shineatlas.com with your request and enough information to locate the relevant records. We may verify identity using reasonable information related to your relationship with the store, without asking for unnecessary sensitive details. An authorized agent may need to provide proof of permission, and we may separately verify your identity. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
We respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request. For California verified access, deletion and correction requests, this is generally 45 calendar days, with a permitted extension and notice when necessary; applicable opt-out requests are handled on their separate required timetable. If we decline a request, we explain the reason where required. Where your state provides an appeal, reply to our response or email us with “Privacy appeal”; we will review it and respond under the applicable state deadline. You may also contact your relevant regulator.
Retention, security and cross-border processing
We retain information for the purposes described, including order support, accounting, legal requirements, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. Retention depends on the record and purpose; we do not state a single period for every category. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system or transmission is perfectly secure. Shopify and other providers may process data in the United States or other countries, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Children and updates
Our store is intended for adult purchasers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16. A product intended for a child is still purchased and managed by an adult. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information inappropriately. We may update this policy as our practices change and will show the revised date and provide notices where required.
